Colin Touchin 

Colin Touchin is a British composer and conductor, clarinettist and recorder-player, festival adjudicator as well as broadcaster.

He is well-known as the conductor of the City Chamber Orchestra, Metropolitan Youth Orchestras and several orchestras presented by The Hong Kong Music Office.

Touchin writes to commission, leads workshops in conducting, clarinet, recorder, teaching and adjudication, and acts as music education consultant to schools in the UK, USA and Asia.

Touchin has written us a choral piece for an SATB choir accompanied by an orchestra.

Elena Chiu 

Chiu obtained her Master of Music degree at the Royal Academy of Music in London. She is now pursuing her doctoral studies at the Chinese University of Hong Kong under the supervision of Professor Victor Chan. In recent years, Elena has performed at main concert venues in England, including notable music festivals such as the BBC Proms and Aldeburgh Festival.Chiu has written us a piece for organ and band.

Stephen Ng (Alumnus)

Stephen Ng is known as an opera, oratorio, recital, and new music performer.As a tenor soloist, Stephen has performed all the major works of J.S. Bach, Handel’s Messiah, as well as many major oratorios.In recent years,

Stephen Ng has accepted invitations and appeared as Evangelist with Hong Kong-based groups such as chamber choir Die Konzertisten and Hong Kong Oratorio Society. He will be singing in one of our programmes.

Felix Yeung (Alumnus)

Award-winning conductor Felix Yeung currently combines his office as Director of Music at St John’s Cathedral and Provincial Music Director of Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui. He is also Music Director Die Konzertisten, one of Hong Kong’s foremost chamber choirs. Felix was given the Award for Young Artist (Music) in 2015 by Hong Kong Arts Development Council. He is also a 2015 recipient of Jebsen & Co. Choral Arts Youth Scholarship and the title ‘World Youth Choral Artist’, awarded by World Youth and Children Choral Artists’ Association. He will be performing an organ piece.
